I-134- Required to print on a single page, front and back?

I-134

Is it required to print on a single page, front and back? Or just print 2 sheets of paper! I thought I read somewhere on this forum that it had to be on 1 sheet of paper, front & back. Someone inform me, please!

Mar 28, 2007 - Marriage License app

April 4, 2007 - Our Wedding Day!

April 12, 2007 - Apply for SS card with married name

April 20, 2007 - Received SS card

AOS

June 4, 2007 - Mailed AOS

June 6, 2007 - USCIS received

June 11, 2007 - NOA1 for I-485

July 18, 2007 - Biometrics completed

July 20, 2007 - Case transferred from MSC to CSC

July 31, 2007 - AOS Approved - 57 days - Without an Interview!

Aug 06, 2007 - Received Green Card in the mail today!

Jan 8, 2009 @ 8:18PM - Our son was born tonight !!

I-751 - Remove Conditions

July 11, 2009 - Certified Mail to VSC I-751 Package

July 14, 2009 - Check cleared bank

July 20, 2009 - NOA1 & 1 yr extension - Receipt date is July 14. Case# assigned

Sept 1, 2009 - Biometrics completed

Nov 25, 2009 - I-751 is approved. No Interview.

Dec 14, 2009 - 10yr Green Card arrived !

07/29/2006 – I-129 sent to Vermont

08/04/2006 - NOA1

08/28/2006 - NOA2 - approved

09/01/2006 - NVC - approved

09/07/2006 - Warsaw embassy sent packet 3 (damn post services, never received any)

09/18/2006 - packet 3 sent (Nothing fails)

09/27 - received packet 4

10/10 - medical exam

10/19 - INTERVIEW!

10/20 - received visa

11/7 - arrived in USA, POE YFK

1/19 - Married

02/23/2007 - Civil Surgeon (checked just vaccines for $ 25)

05/04/2007 - AOS package sent to Chicago

05/11/2007 - NOA1

05/15/2007 - NOA2 - ASC appointment letter about biometrics

05/24/2007 - RFE about tax forms w-2 and 1099!!!

06/05/2007 - Biometrics

21/06/2007 - NOA3 - Transfered to California

10/07/2007 - AOS approved, card production ordered!!!

19/07/2007 - Half year marriage anniversary - GC arrives!!!

07/08/2009 - Package sent (My cover letter 40 peaces of evidence)

07/14/2009 - check was cashed

07/10/2009 - NOA 1 received, GK extended for a year

07/17/2009 - received biometrics letter with my case number

08/06/2009 - scheduled biometrics appointment

Thanks! Are there other forms that need to be printed back to back as opposed to on seperate sheets of paper?

It still amazes me to look at the super quick Vermont Svc Cntr timelines!!

No, Only I-134 has to be one one page and notarized.

BUT - all other things - bank statements, ckecks, letter from employer, or whatever you will use for proves, has to be both original and also copy. Its what they ask in i-134.

Well, yes, judging by all timelienes we rares of recorders. :P

Well, we both was very, very organized, I prepared papers already while even case wasnt approved, figured out all we could, he sent as much as possible in perfect order. We did not allowed orselves less then perfect. And of course - Vermont and Warsaw work quick. Well, I terorized Warsaw with letters and calls, maybe they decided to get rid of me as soon as possible, because they couldnt bear me anymore. :lol:

And maybe fortuna knows we had hard track till this and we need to cheat time, and decided to give helping hand. :luv:

Joey, none of the documents I had, including I-134 were printed both on front and back and I had no problems whatsoever in Rio with them.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
