I miss them too !

BTW Jackie still posts here in the MENA forum every now and then - often in the daily thread.

I despise Facebook and want nothing to do with it.

So I am very happy when people also post here :)

I dont despise it but it seems like its broken up a lot of relationships

Adam & I met Jackie last year. We had lunch in Houston 2 times. 1 with us and her and another time with her & Amal for a Houston VJ Meetup. Most of us are over on Facebook these days

where is amal these days? I spoke to her years ago but I would love to talk to her again. I have so much to talk to her about and I am sure she has a lot of news to tell me.. Jackie...I hope shes still up and around and positive....her slumber parties were fun.

Yeah, what ever happened to those schmucks?

'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride'

you arent a schmuck..How the hell are you moroccoforever?

Life has been good. Just real busy and no need for Visa Journey anymore. I just decided to drop by to see how everyone is, although there is an entire new bunch here. Sounds like Casa is still a nightmare.

some of us our visa journey is over but our legal journey is just beginning

sigh....

I understand. I'm sorry that your journey didn't end up happier. Whatever happened to that royal jerk you were married to? Hopefully someone dropped a house on him.

You've missed a lot recently! Some really awesome threads.

None of my posts have ever been helpful. Be forewarned.
