My fiance took a picture of her passport Bio-page, and Birth Certificate, along with translation of the birth certificate. I attached photo copies of them to her G-325A and sent them in as part of our I-129F. I know that they were not necessary but I figure it would not hurt to send anyway.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I didnt include any thing about her other than what was asked on the G325 form. I was approved in September without getting an RFE for her BC. I think I saw somewhere on another thread that the requirements changed, and now a copy of beneficiaries BC is required? Anybody confirm that?

I filled out my I129F before I found this forum, and used a different guide listing what I should send, and that list included a copy of the, (translated if necessary), birth certificate. I suspect that in many cases, depending on the country your fiance is comming from and / or the preference of the adjudicator, birth certificates are requested. As it turned out the guide I used was also not complete as I got and RFE for the exact details of how my fiance and I 'met online' as well as copies of my bank and credit card statements from my visits to Thailand, (showing purchases and or cash withdrawals made in Thailand).
