looks like it. It's been over 5 months and there are still a few mid December filers, including me. But I know that many January and February cases had been processed. Unfair.

I feel you! What makes it worst is my case number not working on their website. To call them for an update is also hard. They don't tell you anything. I called 2 weeks ago and this time i was transferred to another personnel that told me that it can take from 6 months to a year. Isn't that great?! It's so frustrating and stressful!!!

From the day we got our NOA1, our case number has never worked on the website. That tells me our application has been misplaced or lost through the cracks 4 1/2 months ago. When I call in they tell me my petition is within the processing time. That's all we can get from them. Looks like the only thing I can do is wait for the 5 months, which is about two weeks from now and get a senator or congresman involved. This is BS, when there are people getting appoved who filed after us. What happen to the line, general admission or first come first server?

VSC worked great for me. We got approved this week after just 3.5 months.

You are very lucky Straight shooter for having the NOA2. Congratulations then... But it just so unfair and frustrating for having an unclear responses about our petition's status from the people who answered my call from USCIS. What do u feel if you were in our place and the December filers who haven't got their NOA2's? ...
