Thank you no_where_man

They ask me about my life.

I say if it's happen.I know it's not happen ,I just asking. How long it take to get my "AOS" answer by USCIS?

It depends on when you apply for it. The process itself could take about 5 months give or take.

You cannot understand an immigration process by asking random questions on WHAT IF? So, if your English is not enough to understand the guides, you should have someone read them to you. Have your fiancee come to the forum and we'll answer her questions, because at this point, it does sound as if you are speculating to commit fraud.

Exactely what I said, I agree

I hate to sound judgmental, but from the sounds of the post it seems like you are planning to split up once you get to the US and just trying to figure out how long you have to hold out. Don't focus on the negative. If you love her and she loves you, you should be focusing on keeping it that way.

Yes, that's what it's sounding like. Obtaining a K1 visa and entering the USA does NOT assure the foreigner will be able to stay and work in the USA. Arrive, marry, adjust status and then two years later remove conditions. You'll be involved in three separate immigration processes before you will have full permanent residency based on a genuine marital relationship with your US Citizen petitioner. If you don't have a genuine relationship, you'll be better off stopping your process before obtaining any visa.

In my opinion, by asking these types of question on a public thread, if his IO happens to read his posts and can relate it to him (ie. he said where he was from) he may not even get his AOS.

Well, good luck on your visa interview next week at the embassy. For ... whatever it is you're talking about. I'm not sure anyone here can help you.

I gave thumbs up to everyone with the sex posts ... after reading his posts from yesterday I really thought he would be gone today. Not gonna happen I see.

To answer the OP question however, in case someone else with some common sense is interested too ... the fiance visa - K1 - Is approved for 1x only crossing the border, then to fulfil the visa requirements the persons listed on the petition have 90 days to marry. If there is no marriage within this time frame, the visa is nulled, and the beneficiary must leave the USA as they now have no legal status to stay.

Its always been my personal belief that if I, as the bene, came to any country with the intention of being with a person, if that person didnt want to be with me, or I found I didnt want to be with them, I would be on the first plane back to my country. I dont understand people who dont have this belief system, unless it was always their intention to use the person just to get a visa and get into the country. Which is sad, and pisses me off, because its those people who make the process take forever and puts extra costs on those of us who are in real loving committed relationships.

Agreed. I mean the OP just stated a few lines up that he has a wealthy family in his country and his "love" wants him to come to the US. So if she is not going to be with you, according to your posts, You should only be concerned with how to get home. I mean that seems logical if the only reason you are going is because your "love" wants you to come.
