Visa and Entry Stamps question

Hi, we're almost done putting together the AOS package for my wife (from F-1)

I have a question that I'm not quite sure what documents to include

the I-485 and I-130 both say to include copy of the visa and entry stamps from the passport. Does it mean all visas to all countries and all entry/exit stamps to those countries? Or does it just mean the current visa into the US, as well as the page that has the most recent entry stamp?

The latter, and your I-94.

I copied all the F1 visas I had(total of 3) and all the entry stamps when I entered the U.S.

and of course the current I-94 that was stapled on your passport.

Don't forget I-20, it is a form you receive from school proving of your attendance.
