There are four.

The rest, and there are a bunch of them, are Arabic-speaking Africans or Central Asians.

The majority of Ohio's middle eastern immigrant population (Arabs) live in the Toledo area near the Michigan border. There is also a very significant population of them in SE Michigan! I am told it is one of the largest such populations in the US.

It was. And then urbanization happened.

Ohio's cities have always been "rough." There were quite a few riots and outright "wars" on the city streets even in the 1800s. The only difference now is the people fighting can't keep their pants up.

Don't know; I'm not familiar with Ohio/the Midwest at all.

Ohio is a BIG state and it takes several hours to drive from one end to the other. We're located all the way in the lower left corner so if we were to drive to the upper right, it would cost us more than it would be worth. Same goes for the middle and most other major metro areas.

We have a noticeable Arab population here (Why yes, that is a mosque!) but we have way more Africans.
