There is really no way to get one? Where is she from?

P.S. You can get RFE on the interview, so I would try work something out before that.

she originally from syria and the situation over there very bad, I know you can get RFE on the interview, but if they asked about it we gonna tell them what the situation is, because I think it's up to the IO. and I hope they are not gonna ask for it

As the petitioner, I was not asked for my birth certificate during my wife's AOS interview or any stage of the immigration process.

thank you for your reply, that's helpful. coz I believe it's up to IO, because on the I485 instructions , it asks only for the beneficiary birth certificate

For the I-130 at least the birth certificate is only used to prove the petitioner is a US citizen. Passport or naturalization certificate will do the trick. Not a 100% sure about AOS cases, but I'd be surprised if the BC was needed if a passport or naturalization certificate is present.

The lawyer told me sometimes they send RFE for the the petitioner BC even if he/she was naturalized. that's weird , any way we will take her US passport and the Naturalization certificate

I am a naturalized US citizen (came here as a refugee), and never had/owned a birth certificate (it's impossible for me to get one from my birth country, because the records no longer exist). I personally have only had to use my US passport/Naturalization certificate during the entire immigration process to get my wife her.

The baptism certificate is secondary evidence of birth and identity and can be used in many situations where a birth certificate is required but unavailable. In your case, even if a birth certificate were required (which it is not), you would need to use the baptism certificate and explain why you can't get a birth certificate. So, bring it to be safe but it is not necessary.
