Can someone tell me of the marriage certificate has to be sent in before the 90 days is up??

Please read the guides and the instructions for the forms, you will find all the information you need there. :)

Edit: There is no deadline for applying for AOS but it is best if you apply as soon as possible.

I am not sure what you mean by sent in. Sent in where? You need to be married and have the marriage license filed with the court within 90 days of arriving in the US. You can then get certified copies of your marriage certificate from the court. You need to send in a copy of your certified marriage certificate with your AOS paperwork.

Thank you I just couldn't find anywhere tht it said how you proved tht you married within the 90 days if you weren't ready to apply for AOS yet. I would hate to do something wrong after being so far into this process !! It's already been a long road ready for this part to be over :)

You don't have to prove that you were married within the 90 days until you file for AOS, and that's when you'd include your marriage certificate. :)

The other option where you'd need the certificate is that, in the event you were placed in removal proceedings, you'd want to convince the Immigration Judge that you were entitled to adjust status and the IJ would most likely let you go with an order to submit the adjustment application ASAP.

Incorrect. There is no time limit for filing AOS.

Woops sorry I misunderstood the question. I thought the OP was asking if he needs to include the Marriage certificate in the AOS. Thanks for correcting.
