We got approval notice on may 10 2012. I called yesterday to NVC they said we don't have any information about your case. Anybody who approved near to my date and got approved by NVC?

It took us about a week to get the NVC case number... if they are backlogged it may take a bit longer. Just keep calling and using the auto service to see if your case is logged in yet and if it is you will get your case number. It's probably there just not uploaded into their system.

my case was approved last month, and it reached NCV in10 to 15 workdays. Now, they are saying that they got my case but I still need to wait 15 to 20 workdays in order to get NCV case number. mad.gif

USCIS:

11/19/2011: I-130 Sent

11/25/2011: NOA1 email notification received.

11/28/2011: Petition touched

04/27/2012: NOA2 email notification received.

NVC:

05/07/2012: NVC received

05/30/2012: Called NVC to receive Case # & IIN

XX/XX/2012: AOS bill invoiced and paid

XX/XX/2012: AOS package mailed

XX/XX/2012: AOS Receipt Paid

XX/XX/2012: DS-3032 acceptance e-mail received

XX/XX/2012: IV bill invoiced; IV bill

XX/XX/2012: IV fee

XX/XX/2012: IV fee bill appears PAID

XX/XX/2012: DS-230 delivered to NVC

XX/XX/2012: CASE COMPLETE

Hang in there they will get the number just keep calling the auto response to see one day it will start spitting out numbers ;) and your case nber will be issues

You also can't go by the time they say we were told that same amount of time 20 days but has it in a week and if I hadn't called daily I never would have known

It's gona be soon don't worry!

my case was approved in April 2, 2012 and it took NVC to generate my bill 45 days ..on 45th day our lawyer paid and now the forms are recieved by NVC on May 18, 2012 and still no progress / approval..I am wondering if they are really slow in work or thats the timeline they follow.
