In question #2 of part B of I-129F, my fiance missed to include my province name which is equivalent to state in the US. My address should be ___________, Cebu, Philippines but he forgot to include Cebu. The good thing I guess is that the entry in question # 15, Fiancee's address abroad is correct and complete so as with the one in my G-325A forms. We are like sad because we double checked and triple checked everything when he was here but never noticed it... We provided many primary and secondary evidences to establish that we met within 2 years prior to filing just to avoid RFE but now I am not sure already if we can't have one....

Is the missing part of my address is one of the reasons to get an RFE? or what are the other consequences that we will get?

Please help us :help::help: ...I am a little bit bothered/worried with this even I am at work today.... Thank you in advance for the ideas.... :help:

You already asked this question, remember? Once in another thread and once in the RFE thread.

And chances are, none of us answered because none of us feel like we know the answer well enough to feel like we can answer your question surely.

You write three posts about it and you are just going to make people angry. I understand freaking out, but just.....breathe.

How about do some research of your own and look into address changes at the USCIS level. Or look to see if mail can be delivered without the Province (in the U.S. just as long as you include the zip code, it can be delivered with an inaccurate city or state).

According to your timeline, you have already sent in the forms so there is not much you can do at this stage. You can worry yourself to death but it will do no good. An RFE is not the end of the world...

YMMV

I understand what you mean...My intention is not too make anyone here get irritated...I was just trying to rephrase my post to shorten it....Just done reading an article (right now) more or less related to this (somebody share it..Thanks...) Now, we know we cant do something bout it as of now....Sending another I-129F will not help either...We are just trying to share this so maybe someone can tell us something...Or people can learn something....

Sorry guys if you get irrirated for posting these thrice...Thanks anyway....

If you dont receive an RFE whereby you can correct the missing information, you can call NVC once the petition is approved and received by them, to add the province. Or you can have the petitioner call the NCSC 800# and try to have the province added to your address.

Hi,

You have already submitted your I-129F. Will you get an RFE? Depends on the Adjudicator handling your case. There are many reasons that can generate an RFE! There's no need to worry about it now. If you get an RFE, just respond accurately and promptly.

You know, I thought I had a perfect I-129F package. I read all the threads about "RFEs". I put together my package just like VJ suggested. No way was I going to get an RFE. Well, I did! I grumbled, then I put together the required information, went to the Post Office and sent it back to them.

The point is, you just do the best that you can. You did that. Now it's in the hands of USCIS. Relax!

Hello there. I hardly believe that anyone here would be irritated that you askefd aquestion

more than once. If someone gets upset then ignore that person. For the most part everyone

here is very helpful. Now, regarding that problem of the address; I dont think you will have a

problem with it. I made the same mistake and never got a RFE. RELAX....life is too short.

Remember...never be afarid to ask a question....EVEN if it''s more than once. God Bless
