Hi Everyone!

since I have sent in my I-130 petition to bring my husband from Morocco, I have changed my name, put him on my rental lease, and put him on my vehicle and renter's insurance. Are these things that he should bring poof of to the interview? and if I do get an RFE for insufficient evidence of bonafide marital relationship, will thesebe of use? What other documents, aside from pictures, airline tickets and telephone records can I show to USCIS in an attempt to show them that we are serious about our marriage? I hope I don't get an RFE, but it's always good to know how to remedy a situation should it arise, and of course I want to be on top of preparations for the interview. Thanks again!

The items you mention should definitely be brought to the interview. Additionally, you may want to consider including the items you mention along with any additional evidence that you have gathered since filing the petition with the DS-230 package. Relationship evidence is not required with the DS-230 package and I would be remiss if I did not mention submitting extra information would likely slow things at the NVC. However, I mention it because the Consulate in Casablanca is well-known for seeing high rates of fraud and has a high rate of visa denials. When going through a such a Consulate (or Embassy), the interview is not the best time to be submitting evidence for the first time.

Thank you so much! That is excellent advice. I would rather have a delay at the NVC, than to be blindsided with a rejection at the interview.
