if u check vb sept 2010 they had give visa in f 2a up to aug 2010 so they should pick up from there so u may be early than u are counting

Oct 29 2012 - Pkg Delivered
Dec 24 2012 - Case Complete

May 17 2013 - Interview-Approved

July 19 2013 - Enter the USA

i think VB move more fast because after feb 2010 case volumes is low... i predict vb move faster thn your predication
