January 27 2006: submitted and approved I-130 in Copenhagen, Denmark

March 23 2006: Interview, submitted I-601 waiver

May 2 2006: London recieves waiver

August 21 2006: waiver approved woo hoo

October 3 2006: arrived in the US

We got our letter today and we were APPROVED.

thank you thank you thank you. I can finally breath again.

I'll come back later but right now I can't sit still.

Vicky, we received an e-mail and it stated that the letter would be coming soon, what are the instructions on the letter, My husband has to fly to Vancouver from UK to get the stamp in his visa and cross the border in BC to Washington State where we will live --- he was wondering if you have to make an appointment and if those instructions are on the letter ---

04/19/07 - AOS interview - Approved pending name check

04/23 - 05/28 - 5 additional appointments with the Seattle USCIS office - to clear up the EAD issue

05/15/07 - 90 Day EAD Arrives

06/10/07 - EAD/Green Card approval letter arrives

06/15/07 - EAD arrives

06/23/07 - 2 year conditional Green Card Arrives

Not sure if i'm doing this correctly but here goes.Vicky I like your fiancee am too from Northern Ireland and have had to file a 601 waiver.As yet my number isn't even on the short list on the website.Could you please share with me any information about your case as i think it is very similar to mine.I have been waiting and hoping for your approval,my 601 was filed on july 18 of this year,ty Sean.

A very BIG, BIG CONGRAULATIONS my Friend. :dance: ...Im so Happy ya pulled it off....Its So Nice to hear good news :yes: and yep its one of the hardest things ive ever had to go through but once Approved its the most wonderfull thing one could go through aswell.... :yes: .

Once again congrats to you both and get off and have a few bevysssss for me will ya... :lol:

Munchkins....Ya not alone me and everyone else here is sending good vibes everyday....24/7 when ya need them... :yes:

God Bless everyone and lets pass on any immigration info we come across to members who need it the most.. :thumbs:
