If your filing for a IR/CR1 then just the I130. As far as timeline. Slect the processing times to get an estimate. Also fill out your timeline and that helps create more accurate timelines.

The timeline depends upon the service center that handles your case. It ranges from just under 130 days to just over 160 days currently.

Typically 6 months for I-130 to be approved at USCIS, then another 4 to 5 months from NOA2 to be processed at NVC and interview date.

Be prepared to wait for approximately 10 months between NOA1 and interview at manila embassy.

If it goes faster then you will be very happy. You have to be ready for each step of the process. So prepare in advance.

Have more than one original for all documents that need to be certified for both of you.

Petioner will need to send certified copies of divorce if applicable and birth certificate to you in Philippines.

You will need to send him a bunch of documents as well for processing at NVC.

Make a detailed folder for interview. It shows that you are organized. They will then hardly even look at it.

Thank you for your feedback and the additional infos, I greatly appreciate it. I didn't know it would take that long ;( so this means I won't likely be able to spend Christmas with my hubby, unless he comes here. But anyways, I'll just look at the bright side, we got already NOA1 and so we must be moving forward. Again, thank you.

Thank you for the response, I greatly appreciate it. I didn't expect it would take that long to get the NOA2, I was hoping it would only take at least a week or two just like with NOA1, well I guess Im expecting too much. Anyway, thank you again. Good day.

please click the flag under yer name.

this will drop you to the PI portal.

Once there, click on the CR-1/IR-1 timelines section

then sort by NOA-2 date.

Once you've done that, you can study the time gaps between the listed timeticks.

IMO, having that raw data in front of you will help you, loads.

did your husband include any request for expedite based on military status or pending deployment orders?

Do you have a DEERS ID yet?

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
