So we finally got NOA2 tonight! I just want to make sure I'm right with the next steps here.

Wait a week or so and call the NVC and get the new case number. Now, once we have this number we can go pay the fees and set an interview date? Or do we need to wait for the Embassy to send her something first?

Then, the next set of documents. DS-230, DS-156 and DS-156K. Can I fill these our for her and send them with all the other documents? She would feel more comfortable like that, but I don't know if it makes a real difference.

We have her police cert, with translation and the same with her birth cert.

I have my letter of employment, a few months worth of pay stubs, last years tax return and W-2.

Print our skype logs, my cell phone records, a few more photos of us together, maybe a few chats.

She'll get a few more passport photos and set her medical exam.

And we're good to go, right? Am I missing anything?

We called NVC and got our number then we email the embassy in Moscow inquiring if they had received it I include the number NVC gave me and also mine and my finace's name and date of birth, within a few days they replied that they had and said to pay the fee and schedule the interview.. If you wait for them to send out a letter or email it could take a bit longer I am sure As far as the forms the DS-156 needs to be filled out and filed online, and also a copy printed to take with you, the other ones if I remember right you just fill out and take with you. I sent 3 months of pay stubs and 3 years of tax returns, 21 pages of skype chats 4 pages of phone records and a few emails. Hope that helps let me know if you have any other questions.
