N-400 Interview with no Biometric scheduled??

Hello

We Received a letter scheduling my wives Citizenship interview June 20, 2012. Although we paid for the Biometrics the letter does not schedule Biometrics..

Has anyone heard of soomeone bypassing the Biometrics?? She did the Biometrics about 2 yrs ago when she got her 10yr green card..

I thought there was a thread similar before, you will need a biometrics, give them a call. We received letters out of sequence of our AOS approval, coming up on the 10 yr card in a couple of years, thanks for the heads up.

I think if you had biometrics done less than a year ago (not sure if it's a year) you don't need them. Call USCIS just in case, it's always good. :thumbs:

Your biometrics is only good for 1 year. If your spouse had one last year (within 1 year), she's fine. If not, you can call USCIS and ask about service request regarding biometrics.

I had my interview without having a biometrics, but after the interview, I was scheduled for a biometrics because my biometrics was expired before the oath ceremony.
