Hi friends, Visa journey has been great help to me in my journey. Now i am at the point where i can file for my wife and daughter and i would like to file for mother too. i have some questions hope to get some answers. thanks

1- Would i have to file separate 130 form for every person?

2- Can i include my daughter who is only 1 year old on my wife's 130?

3- G325 for my daughter would be filed by who? i mean who will sign that? or does she not need one?

help will be much appreciated.

Hi,

If you are a permanent resident, you need a separate I-130 for your wife and your daughter. Are you a USC or a permanent resident? Only a USC can file for a parent.

1. yes.

2. no - she must have seperate I-130 though she would be 'listed' on the mom's i-130

3. mom can sign for her.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
