Thank you all for the kind words and suggestions. We have just about got all of our ducks in a row to mail the RFE package to Vermont. I have typed up a standard cover letter which lists what we are sending to support our application.

Miscellaneous

• Copy of our plane tickets for our most recent trip to Brazil to visit my family for December 14, 2012 to January 9, 2013 on United Airlines and TAM Airlines.

Residence

• Copy of our lease agreements for the past three years that show my husband and me as joint occupants.

Financial

• Copy of our 2012 Federal tax return. This is to supplement our previously submitted 2010 and 2011 tax returns.

• Copy of our bank statements from Bank #1 for June 2010, June 2011, June 2012 and February 2013 (latest).

• Copy of our bank statements from Bank #2 for June 2010, June 2011, June 2012 and February 2013 (latest).

• Copy of our State Farm Automobile Renewal Certificate 3/20/2013 – 9/20/2013 showing my husband and me as authorized operators of two vehicles and “married”.

Estate, Health and Financial Planning

• Copy of our Last Will and Testaments

Has anyone sent in their last will and testaments? This was one of the items on the RFE checklist. The RFE basically said to send in more supporting information/documents to show "Good Faith Marriage". Thank you. Any other thoughts?

How are you tracking it? Mine hasn't arrived yet; my status is still at the "we have updated your address" and has not gone to "card production ordered", do they give you a tracking number?
