On February 5, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

USCIS just updated their processing time. Looks like they are processing June 8, 2012. Ugh... so slow.

Sooo PAINFUL! LOL. I just checked our account and we havent even been touched yet. Still says 6/11/2012......... Makes me want to scream into my pillow haha.

I am with you,lyekka. My (our joint) application hasn't been touched since 6/11/12.Maybe they put our files somewhere

on a shelf and just forgot about them. Anyways,it is nerve wrecking.

Called the 1800 number earlier this week and here is what I was told.

The processing date shown on the website is apparently an estimate. Customer service will not be able to make an enquiry until the processing date is 30 days beyond the NOA date.

For instance my NOA date is June 7 and therefore they will not be able to make enquiries regarding delays until CSC starts processing applications from July 8 2012!!!

I hope I wont have to stop working because I did not get my application approved. Frustrated :wacko:

I am sympathetic to your guys.

However, don't forget, June has the most filers than any other months.

so it could take longer. But we see the approvals everyday. That is a good news. It simply means they are still working.

I am on Aug. Don't have any idea yet. At least, it is your guys' month.

Dont worry about not being able to work. If it gets to the time that your greencard is about to expire just make an info pass at your local office where you went for biometrics and get them to put a stamp for extension. It wont affect your work. We were worried about this as well and thats what they told us to do lol. Hopefully it wont be that long but better to know what to do just in case. <3

Called the 1800 number earlier this week and here is what I was told.

The processing date shown on the website is apparently an estimate. Customer service will not be able to make an enquiry until the processing date is 30 days beyond the NOA date.

For instance my NOA date is June 7 and therefore they will not be able to make enquiries regarding delays until CSC starts processing applications from July 8 2012!!!

I hope I wont have to stop working because I did not get my application approved. Frustrated :wacko:

Your NOA is June 7, 2012 therefore you are beyond posted processing times which is June 8 https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do

For instance my NOA date is May 31 (7 day early than yours) and I was able to make e-Request by USCIS website yesterday. Just go to USCIS website where you Check Your Case Status https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do and on the left side of the screen click “e-Request”.

“e-Request is a (USCIS) web-based tool that allows you to place an inquiry with USCIS… You may make an inquiry on selected forms that are beyond posted processing times…”

I am sympathetic to your guys.

However, don't forget, June has the most filers than any other months.

so it could take longer.

How did you know? USCIS website?
