From what I am seeing, even July filers have been approved, but by looking closely to their biometrics day, it's all early in July. So looks like they are working on cases that had biometric in July in my opinion :-)

Cases are not worked on by the bio date.

Please check usis website

Trend statistics says that I-751 in June has total 8000 filers , they process only about 4000 cases per month

i-751 in April , May , July and Aug have only about 5000 per month , most likely they will take 2 month to

process the June filers and take 1 and half month for other months filer.

And if you take look at the total pending case , it increased gradually for last few months.

I predict that most June cases will be done by March , July by the beginning of April , Aug May.

Cross figures!

Thanks god!

And where it says that cases are worked by the bio date as you're stated before?

post in this website. Please make sure you are replying to right person.

Bless you.

According to the trend lines, there were 8824 applications at CSC in June 12, and 5117 have been completed. I am not sure whether those completions are inclusive of cases from other months as well. If one were to make an infopass appointment if the adjudication is not done in time, do we have to call the USCIS customer service first. Also are stamps made in the passport the same day? Not sure anybody here has been through the process?

I don't think it is inclusive. I believe the completion just their pace. Otherwise how they handle the months before? They are handling accumulated case. That explains why it is slowing down.

I already got my green card! Goodluck to all June filers!

That's it? You don't give us details? Would you give us your sent date, NOA date and Bio date? Then we can add your great news to the list ;) (Or you were on the list and changed username or something?)

Anyway, congrats on your approval  !!

VSC has caught up and is approving June filers!

Not sure this is accurate. According to their website VSC was processing cases submitted on March 5th when they updated their times on Jan 4. Not sure they did 3 months of work in 14 business days

12/31/2009 - Marriage

07/21/2010 - AOS approved

08/04/2010 - Green Card received (and it's actually green!)

05/30/2012 - Sent ROC packet to VSC

06/08/2012 - Received NOA1 for ROC (Dated 06/04/2012)
