Yay!!!! Just left the post office and guess what was waiting for me on top of bills was an envelope from USCIS!!! Hubby's extension of conditional residency and receipt yay!

So im assuming this is our first NOA and it is dated: 6/15/12

Ummm...I messed up our NOA1 date. I put the day we recieved it. The notice is actually dated 6/7/12.

I would update it myself, but I'm on an iPad, which messes up the formatting...

Our check cleared our account last night....

We were surprised to receive a reminder as well. The kicker for us is that although we have properly changed our address a couple of times(even receiving a conformation from uscis), the reminder was sent to the original address that we were at for the first green card...I was shocked that it was forwarded by USPS through our multiple address changes over the last two years and actually got to us...

I received my NOA1 yesterday, although my check was not cleared yet in my checking account. It stated that my conditional resident status has been extended for a period of one year and that I am authorized employment and travel. Yey!

Anyway, I know this question sounds stupid but I want to be sure... this means I can leave the country and travel abroad without getting a Parole Visa, right? My husband and I are planning to visit my home country this October and I do not want any problem at the immigration....

What do you guys say?

I received my NOA1 yesterday, although my check was not cleared yet in my checking account. It stated that my conditional resident status has been extended for a period of one year and that I am authorized employment and travel. Yey!

Anyway, I know this question sounds stupid but I want to be sure... this means I can leave the country and travel abroad without getting a Parole Visa, right? My husband and I are planning to visit my home country this October and I do not want any problem at the immigration....

What do you guys say?
