Question about Letter Of Intent to Marry

Well this is my first post here, and I am still trying to get all the facts and information about the K-1 visa, ins and outs. One thing I am stumbling upon might be a minor issue, or not an issue at all. My girlfriend will be writing a letter of intent to marry to send to me along with the G-325A form, evidence that we met (photos together, emails, phone bills). When writing the letter, it asks to put the "USCIS service center address" but how do I know what the address is? I don't want to put down a random Service Center address.. say.. the one in California when I should have put the one in Texas. Some help would be greatly appreciated because I would like to send my package of information soon as I see the process takes quite some time. Thanks for reading and hopefully this questions hasn't been answered already. :)
