Hello PAP received my petition in 6 days. Have you called the Dept of State (202-665-1225)? Also email the embassy (papcons@state.gov) in the subject line put your NVC case #. Then in the email include the beneficiaries (name, dob and email address) then the petitioner's (name, dob and email address) they will email you both packet 3. Let me know if you need any help.

yes, do this! if they can't give you answers, call NVC again and ask again about your file leaving. mine also only took 6 days to arrive at the port-au-prince consulate. i also agree with having them e-mail you the Fiance Packet. if you don't get it e-mailed, it takes MUCH longer to get. we were already finished and had the interview date set before it arrived to my stateside address...my fiance is leaving on saturday and he has yet to have the packet delivered to him. courier service in haiti is slightly ridiculous!

Definitely email the embassy in PAP like the person above recommended. I did that and received the packet within a few days and then was able to forward it onto my fiance (now husband) for him to print out and fill out the papers and do the next steps in Haiti. Good luck and congratulations on it being sent to Haiti! ~Nicole
