Because he's questioning Obama, duh. Sure, as US citizens we have a legitimate interest in ascertaining the qualifications of any candidate running for office. But the sheriff isn't doing this as a US citizen but as a sheriff. And in that capacity, he has no business doing what he's doing. At least we agree that this guy is an idiot and is wasting taxpayer funds.

And FWIW, I don't remember having labeled you a birther. The one true birther here has always been our friend Danno.
