Hello,

I have couple quick questions.

Am I eligible for F2A if im over 21 and whos eligible for it?

I applied w I130 and i have priority date 10/2010 and now my mom is a resident if i change from F2B to F1 should i replay and wait for new priority date or?

F1 Unmarried Sons and Daughters of U.S. Citizens.

F2A Spouses and Children of Permanent Residents.

F2B Unmarried Sons and Daughters (21 years of age or older) of Permanent Residents.

your priority date never changes, what changes is your category. from unmarried child under 21 of a LPR, to unmarried child over 21, to unmarried child over 21 of a USC. categories change, but your priority date freezes and never changes.

The priority date for F1, is it goes year for year or it is a lil faster?

I backed up the bulletin for a year and for 10 months since 08/2011 they went thru 1/5/2004 - 22/6/2005.

Which is a lil over a year for 10 months? Is it common or its just consequences ?
