My husband got green card in nov 2009

Some one has told me that now we can apply after 3 1/2 years for naturalization..

Is this true?? Or else my hubby have to wait 5 years then he become eligilble for naturaliztn??.

Plus one more thing from after 2009 he came pak 3 times n live here for 1 month...

My pd is August,2010

Did you read the eligibility work sheet? it tells you if you can apply.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

He has to complete 4 years and 9 months for apply naturalization. Some one told you lie about 3 1/2 years....unless your husband is in service like us military.

The 3 naturalization mark is not for US military service. Its for people married to the US citizens who petitioned them who have stayed married to that person for 3 years and have been LPR for 3 years.
