My point about the witness statements that were written substantiate each other that ONE voice was the loud aggressive domineering one..and that there was an argument/confrontation taking place before the scuffle ensued.

Ok so several witnesses say that Martin was being loud and aggressive.

How does Martin being loud and domineering turn Zimmerman into an aggressor?

I didn't say the voice was Martin's. I was pointing out that one voice was loud, aggressive, and domineering according to witnesses. I would imagine in court, those witnesses will likely be asked whose voice that would have been. A good many of them are more familiar with Zimmerman's voice so they might be able to make a determination at that time since they weren't asked that by police during the investigation. Just speculating, like everyone else.

The gf's account of Martin asking the question, "Why are you following me?" is consistent with Zimmerman's statement. The difference, however, is that according to the gf, Martin was trying to get away from Zimmerman, while Zimmerman claims he was the one walking 'away' and was jumped by Martin. That seems implausible for Zimmerman to go through all that trouble trying to pursue Martin only to give up and start walking back to his vehicle and then suddenly be surprised by Martin coming up from behind him. Perhaps Martin did hide out and managed to elude the neighborhood watch captain, but then again, why didn't Zimmerman at that point identify himself and answer why he was following him. Instead, he gave a prickish response by simply asking Martin's legitimate question with another question. So even if that scenario took place, although highly implausible, Zimmerman is still culpable, IMO.
