My husband called me, he told me Ankara embassy call him to send his passport. I checked today Ankara administrative process # but his case # was not there. Then I called DOS. DOS operator told me he still in administrative processing. I don't want to keep my hope up. He will send his passport tomorrow morning. I am praying for good news. I hope :wacko: :wacko: :wacko:

I hope it is GREAT NEWS!!!

When my husband was done with AP-the embassy told me on a Monday am that AP was over the friday before and the visa was issued ....

so i called DOS and they said he was still in AP

So DOS will not say AP is done until the visa is actually sent out in the passport!!!

I hope this is the end of AP and he gets the visa this week!

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

I hope this is the end of AP and he gets the visa this week!

Jul 03, 2012 - Called DoS AP OVER, VFS's website says passport was handed over to Blue Dart, Waiting for delivery :-)

Jul 06, 2012 - VISA IN HAND (Visa was issued on July 2nd)

July 31, 2012 - Green Card Received
Aug. 01, 2012 - Applied for SSN
Aug. 07, 2012 - Received SSN Card :-) yeeeeeeey! Time to look for a job!

May 14, 2014 - NOA Received (Dated: 5/09/2014)

May 14, 2014 - Check Cashed

Please let us know what happens. It sounds like good news. I am thinking of you.

My husband sent his passport on Tuesday. Well I just called ankara. They told me they are just waiting for his passport to issue his visa. I don't want to celebrate until he has his visa in hand.

What happened? Did he send his passport? Hope he gets his visa. Good Luck!
