DS-156 FORM DIFFICULTY

Hello there? I'm just wondering if anybody encountered difficulties in accomplishing the DS-156. I know it has to be filled out online, but when I click 'Continue', I get a "Corrupted Content Error"... I've tried this in a computer cafe and still encounter a similar message... Even before I get to it, I receive a message saying that my browser does not meet the minimum required version (huh? but my Mozilla Firefox is updated!) or I do not have the minimum version of Adobe Acrobat installed (but mine's a 9, and they said they only require a 5!) And I can't believe that even the computer cafe at a big mall do not have those requirements! Oh, what am I to do?

Use Internet Explorer. It won't work with Firefox.

yup, lots of people have reported that this doesn't work with anything other than internet explorer

And, amazingly enough, for some others it didn't work with Explorer either; so they turned to Safari

Pity that we have to try +3 browsers sometimes, for 1 silly form.

try the latest version of explorer or safari, if you have Netopia cafe there in your place try it there

Yeah.. Firefox didn't work, Internet Explorer didn't work.. and finally it worked on Safari

The DS-156 can be difficult to complete sometimes, if you have issues try a different web browser. I had problems getting it to print with IE8, Chrome and Firefox, finally got it to print using Safari.

Thank you everyone! Looks like you do need to try it all. I'm sure though that Mozilla doesn't do it, then I tried Internet Explorer in an internet cafe... nothing too. Then I tried Chrome at a friend's house, still nothing. Then I tried Internet Explorer again at a friend's office... FINALLY!!!!!

Really, filling out the ds156 was such a pain for me! I lost count of the times I've retyped my entries for different browsers! To everyone who's experiencing this difficulty... you're NOT ALONE! Just try and try and you'll get it eventually.

It was Internet Explorer 9.
