ok I got the letter from NVC saying that i-129 F approved and within a week will be forwarded to embassy in MNL. How do I see if they got it, and is there a way if i can see if an appointment was set up online? THX

Go back to Forums and scrool down to the NVC forum... alll ur questions about NVCs have probably been asked before there. Just goes to show you the California Service Center sucks. our NOA2 was approved 14 Sept, received my snail mail 18 Sept and still no receipt by NVC. CSC sucks. Payato

from the US, you can call the Embassy at 011 62 2 528 6300 ext 5184 or 5185 to ask if your physical petition is at the Embassy. an electronic file is sent when you receive your NOA2.

Put your case number in this site and when the interview is scheduled it will tell you:

it will be 1 to 2 months after your petition arrived at the Embassy to be scheduled an interview. why don't you join the Manila interview thread. ulings signature has many helpful links in it.
