Question about filing while fiancé in the US.

Hey guys,

We sent off the I-129F a week or so ago and got our NOA1 already.

I (the foreign fiancé) am actually in the USA right now and on Question 12 (I think it is — asking for your I-94 number) we just put "VWP entrant" and the date stamped in the passport below.

Is this likely to cause any problems, whether with the application or leaving the country or something?

No problems, you can come and go as you please... Just don't overstay.

No it does not cause problems quite a few people did this.

I did, but didn't put VWP as Canadians do not use VWP. Just make sure you go home before your stay time runs out.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
