USCIS lost my green card

I received on March 13th white paper in my mail that said "Congratulations .Your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved.You should received a new Card within 60 days<"

I never got an email that I was approved or that my green card production was ordered.On the USCIS web page it still say case pending.I call ucsic customer service and they do not know where is my green card, am I approved or what to do next.They told me to wait and maybe that green card is lost or sent to wrong address.They do not know did they print or sent green card .There is more than 60 days and still nothing.

My question is what to do next , because calling that customer number is not helping at all?

Call one more time and request to be transferred to Tier 2 person or setup an InfoPass appointment at your local USCIS office.
