NVC! anyone else having this issue?

Everytime i call they saying that they recieve my case but it is not on their system yet and that it will take about 15 to 20 business day to get it on their system. I am confuse and frustrated it been a week now since they recieve this case. Anyone experiencing this problem? Or having to wait that long?

MOTHER'S CASE JOURNEY:

07-16-09 : I-130 sent

07-21-09 : USCIS Receipt rec'vd

09-19-09 : RFE rec'vd

10-23-09 : RFE sent

10-28-09 : NOA

11-03-09 : Rec'vd NOA in mail

11-12-09 : NVC case # issued & email address registered(just mine)

11-13-09 : Rec'vd Ds-3032 & AOS bill(by email)

11-14-09 : paid AOS bill(online)

11-16-09 : Registered mom email & returned ds-3032(by email)

11-17-09 : I-864 shown as paid

11-20-09 : I-864 package sent

11-27-09 : AOS recieved and being review(per AVR)

12-07-09 : DS-3032 Accepted

12-07-09 : IV bill gerenated

12-08-09 : Rec'vd IV bill

12-09-09 : Rec'vd checklist for missing/incomplete document on AOS(by email)

12-10-09 : Send missing/incomplete document

12-11-09 : Paid IV Bill

12-11-09 : Documents arrived at NVC

12-14-09 : IV bill status change to PAID

12-15-09 : NVC rec'vd checklist documents

12-18-09 : Retrn DS-230 package

12-21-09 : DS-230 pckg was delivered and signed by N VISA

12-22-09 : DS-230 recieved and being review

12-18-09 : I-864 Accepted

01-04-10 : Login Fail

01-05-10 : Case completed

02-09-10 : Interview date issue for MARCH 2th

02-18-10 : Medical done and got result on the Feb. 25th

Yes, I also have same issue. they received it one week ago but saying it will take 20 to 25 days. mad.gif

11/28/2011: Petition touched

04/27/2012: NOA2 email notification received.

NVC:

05/07/2012: NVC received

05/30/2012: Called NVC to receive Case # & IIN

XX/XX/2012: AOS bill invoiced and paid

XX/XX/2012: AOS package mailed

XX/XX/2012: AOS Receipt Paid

XX/XX/2012: DS-3032 acceptance e-mail received

XX/XX/2012: IV bill invoiced; IV bill

XX/XX/2012: IV fee

XX/XX/2012: IV fee bill appears PAID

Yes, people have waited for 2 and sometimes more weeks. Just keep calling everyday. Calling the NVC is going to become your new 9-5 job! And ignore them when they say "15-20 days". Keep calling anyway.

Hi,

I called and they stated my file was received on the 14th, and it will take about 15-20 days. I'm going to be patient and give them a call back at the end of the month or they probably will respond before that. This should be sufficient time...

I also had same issue. NOA2 - April 14th 2012. NVC received my case 30th April 2012 and I had my case # May 14th 2012. so a month from when I was approved. keep calling - like i did call 3 times or twice a day, I was also frustrated and so sad :( about the same response, but keep in mind very soon you will receive your case number and it will go so fast.

I got my case number 14th, i submitted DS 3032 via email, got fee bills May 15th (AOS) May 16th (IV) - Both showed paid a day after and i mailed out package 16th May. so get your packages ready, your agent email typed and in draft. be prepared bcos it will be so fast. :yes::D goodluck :thumbs:

Thank you all for the words of support and glad i am not alone. It is just so frustrating. The thing is when i was doing this for my mom case it didn' t take that long.
