Hi everyone. We are new. My fiance (USA) and I (Venezuelan) are divorced. He only has a print screen of the District Court records. All the information about the divorce is there but it does not have stamps or signatures. Would that be enough? He also has a second divorce and in that case we do have the hardcopy of the decision. Please help!!! and thank you so much for any feedback!!

A number of states have online sites where you can order and pay for certified copies of many vital statistics records. They are then mailed to you. Do a google search to find out particular state information.
