Had my interview this morning and got APPROVED!!!!! :dance: :dance: And on top of that I got an email tonight saying that DHL has picked up my passport, hopefully have it in a couple days!!!

We're just about to send back Packet 3, I'm praying we get lucky and get an interview in June but can't schedule yet.

My is schedule for june 4th - so happy to be finished with this part and start packing up to move!

I have an interview on the same day :) June 4th maybe I will see you there!

10/25/2011 - Sent I129F to Texas

10/28/2011 - Texas received/Check Cashed

11/01/2011 - NOA1 (6 days after mailing)

03/22/2012 - NOA2 (142 days after NOA1)

04/20/2012 - Received Interview Date (June 4th)

05/22/2012 - Medisys Medical(Done!)

06/04/2012 - Interview in MTL (APPROVED!)

I sent my packet 3 in express on a thursday and got an email the following Friday that I could schedule so it goes pretty quickly!

That is great to know, hoping to make up for some lost time at this point.

If I haven't heard of an interview date for June by now, does that mean we won't have one? Our case for my son was just finalized and I'm wondering how long now??

tri_gear My case was completed the same days as your case was. I called them and asked about an interview date and I got the standard response....

"We book interviews during the second week of the month. We were unable to book an interview for you for June, so call back the third week of June and we should be able to give you a date for July." Discouraging after so many long months of waiting, but July is better than August. I'm hoping that the second week is not always true and I'll have a date sooner than that.

REALLY?? THAT SUCKS!!! Uggghhhhh...I just want me son here with me. Well I guess that gives us more time to get his medical done, but I suspect I can't get his done without an interview date/letter. Just gotta wait... :wacko:

We're leaving Sunday to fly to Montreal. Hubby has his medical on the 29th. We're going to hang out and make a honeymoon out of it, and leave on the 6th.

6/8/11~ Mailed I-130 Application, withdrew Canadian PR application
6/16/11~ NOA1 email and text message Case routed to CSC (Priority Date)
7/12/11~ The 'Money Order' Incident/Returned to Tennessee
8/03/11~ TOUCHED!
3/2/12~ APPROVED! NOA2!

NVC Electronic Processing- Montreal- 19 Days

3/21/12~ Received case number & IIN 20 Days after NOA2
3/21/12~ Sent in opt-in email
3/22/12~ Opt-in accepted
3/23/12~ DS-261 Submitted, never accepted
3/29/12~ AOS bill invoiced and paid
3/30/12~ AOS shows PAID- AOS Package emailed/received, DS-3032 emailed/accepted
