date field on I-134

There seems to be an annoying feature on the fillable pdf form for I-134 - when you fill in a date field, it automatically fills in every date field on the form with the same date. Is there any way to fix this, or get around it besides just printing the thing out and filling the dates in by hand?

Looks like a new form was posted on the USCIS site. The form was locked and not fillable before. I can understand the date thing since it is usually filled out at one time and notarized.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
