passport delivery after visa approved

my visa was approved on monday...but havnt recieved my passport yet?????

Just go to the VFS USA website. You can track your passport there.

i did n it says "ur passport is under process at us embassy/consulate"....i dont knw, its jst freaking me out...CO told me tht my visa is approved n i will get my passport in 5 days

Don't panic. It means that your passport is still at the consulate, where they're getting your sealed packet ready and stuff. 'Tis all!!!

still havent got my passport after 7 days though CO said i will get it in 5 days...called vfs n they said its still with the embassy...is there any way i can contact embassy n knw abt its status?

I doubt that.

I just read another post where the beneficiary's visa was approved and later placed under AP. I'd advice you to call up DOS to know more if you haven't already received your passport.
