I read on the process of applying for a petition to bring my parents (I-130) but I had a question. If my brother is 13 and he's under the care of my parents that I'm petitioning for, do I have to apply for a petition to bring my brother on a different application? My concern is, the processing time of an I-130 for parents is significantly less than an I-130 for siblings.

I'm a US Citizen by the way.

Thanks for any help

You can file for your parents and they will be able to come in about a year , You can file for your brother and he can come in about 10 years. No he can't come with them. You can file for only one parent, that parent comes and then files for their spouses and child and the lagging parties can come in about 3 years after that ( a total of about 4 years from now )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Yes you have to apply separately and yes, it takes a long time.

It would be quicker for your parents to come over, then petition for their son (about 2 years), maybe he can stay with a relative in the meantime, or attend boarding school?

Or you could petition for just one of your parent, they then petition for the other one and for the son.
