Can you share what you did to cancel AOS when you found you were duped....I'm in similar situation. I'm trying to relate myself with people who are in similar situation.

You realize you're replying in a thread that's nearly three years old, right?

Send a letter to the USCIS service center that has the AOS application. Mention the alien's name, alien registration number, and I-485 case number in your letter. State that you are withdrawing your I-864 affidavit of support because you believe the marriage to be fraudulent. Wouldn't hurt to have your letter notarized.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
