Hi there guys i was an april filer for my AOS and had my biometrics done already last friday now here's my problem, i checked my status on line and my application for i-485 needs request for evidence i am so worried right now and upset i haven't got any mails yet from the USCIS since they just sent me the notice for RFE yesterday MAY 15, 2012, now here's my question, do you think it would complicate my petition? i am really upset since this is the first time that i got an RFE, i never had any problems with my k1 petition thats why it really bothers me a lot and as far as i know my husband and I properly signed and sent all the necessary documents that are needed for the AOS processing so i am really worried..is there anybody here who have experienced going thru the same problem as mine? how long did it take for you guys to receive your approvals? thank you in advance for any future replies..God Bless you all!

You really can't compare AOS as they are different locations ( each state have own local sites) so its hard to predict. Just relax and wait for the RFE it might be something small.
