hi all. i really dont know knom what to do now. it is 5 months since i send my petition i130 to uscis. im still waiting for my noa2. i really dont know which action to take. i think that may be the delay is because i didnt appoint a lawyer in my case. i really do not know what to do to push my case. i really need your advice dear Vj members.

It has nothing to do with whether or not you have a lawyer...most people on here do not use a lawyer...processing times are just taking longer due to backlogs...you are still within normal processing time...just be patient...I'm sure it will happen in the next month or so...in the mean time try not worry and get prepared for the next steps :)

God delays but doesn't forget.

A lawyer does not do any good, see other time lines similar to yours for a read on the time. Remember it can be more or less time depending on your individual circumstances.

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between May 3, 2012 and June 5, 2012*. You are still within this period, and the processing time through the CSC is currently at 5 months, but could be longer. At the moment there's really not much you can do but wait.

going 5 mos tomorrow..i am so not happy about this and seeing january filers getting approved makes me feel more depressed as

to when the agony of waiting dor noa2 will end.. sigh... lawyers won't speedup the process

though.. we can't do anything but wait..

I feel you....its not FUN and EASY....I was on same situation during the process and Start doubting myself what I did....one point I also had same feeling....it would be different if I went through LAWYER...But believe me if your CASE is not complicated, you really dont need Lawyer and Lawyer cant do anything when your case is in normal process time frame and under Review phase....

5 months is "General" time frame...it might be little bit less or more depends on each CASE....If you prepared for roughly 6 and half months for the USCIS ( without any RFE), you will be on better place......

Have Patience is the only thing your can do at this point.....Hard but no othere Option beside WAiT......
