Guys, please help me decide the answer for following question on DS-160. Thank you in advance.

1. Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services? Explain

This is for the F-1 visa renewal, I am currently applying for EB-5 visa for myself (methods of obtaining green card by investing money in US). I have filed I-526 (petition by alien entrepreneur) to USCIS and is currently under review.

So under this circumstances, should I answer YES or NO for this question? What info should I explain in the blank space?

I believe it is an Yes. So you are outside the US now? EB-5 is an immigrant visa, so I believe you will not be able to obtain a non-immigrant visa (F-1 for example) while waiting for result of EB-5.
