Case Status Online for AOS/EAD

Hi

We recently filed for AOS and EAD. Today I can see that the checks have been cashed and I can see the receipt numbers(s) on the back of the checks, both starting with MSC.

However, when I try to add them on the online case status checker, they are not recognised. We have NOT received the NOAs yet. Do you think that might be the reason?

It took 3 days after we received the NOA's for the receipt numbers to be found on the online case status checker. So just wait a few more days :star:

It is so hard to be patient with this immigration process but do we have any other choice other than being patient...I dont think so!

Don't worry, that's normal. Our NOAs are dated August 4th and they were not online until August 11th.

Removal of conditions

9-29-2008 I-751 delivered to CSC

12-29-2008 Green Card ordered :)

Citizenship

10-15-2011 Package sent to NSC

10-17-2011 NOA Priority Date

11-25-2011 Biometrics done

11-29-2011 In line for interview scheduling... woohoo!

12-20-2011 Interview scheduled ...received letter 3 days later

01-24-2012 Interview & Oath

The numbers on the backs of the checks are not quite the NOA1 numbers. Try adding 1-5 to them, and putting them in the USCIS website, i.e if the number is 1000, try 1001.
