Yes because I was trying to get my husband back to California

in time to see his 18 year old daughter graduate high school

(Valedictorian of her class) that he hasn't seen in person

since she was 2 years old.

  • Extreme emergent situation
  • Humanitarian situation
  • Nonprofit status of requesting organization in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States
  • Department of Defense or National Interest Situation (Note: Request must come from official United States Government entity and state that delay will be detrimental to our Government)
  • USCIS error
  • Compelling interest of USCIS

i called again.. i think it is one big human automated system... lol.. i got a rep that just keep reading her script. and it took about 7 minutes to hear that they are processing jan16 i-130 forms.

where do they get stubbornly amazing people that read scripts all day? and with no conscious too...

They have a script they read and have almost no information available to them. They can't even submit a request to look into it until it is after a certain number of days. When I called he reluctantly submitted it only to sound surprised that it accepted it. He said "you must be over since it didn't reject the request".

there is nothing to be happy about when there is a broken and corrupt system.

broken = not processing fifo method.

corrupt = giving business priority over family visa.

Thank you for saying that. It's infuriating to repeatedly be told to just "be patient". I'm an adult, thank you, I can manage my own temperament just fine. It's people'e lives the USCIS is messing with, there's no excuse for this kind of incompetence.

i absolutely agree with you.

they are also responsible for 9/11 imo. how the f* suicide terrorist got into our country?

they weren't inspected by the cia or military in the airport. it was the cbp and uscis that approved their stay in the country. what thorough background check was that? im sure it was one amazing background check - that is stamp the approval after 5 months pretending that there was a background check being done.

the war should have never happened if it wasn't for them letting those suckers in the country.

not conspiracy! its a fact!

there are only a few ways to get into the country

1. get a visa - source -> dos, uscis

2. enter physically - source -> cbp

3. cross-borders - source -> gangsters

visa stop, phailed!

cbp officer stop, phailed!

as you can see that both dos, uscis, and cbp phailed to stop them from coming into the country.

worst of all, helping family reunite in a timely manner, phailed!
