hi all, i just wanted to vent and am also looking for a light here. we received NOA 2 april 4, and now it's been a month, a week and 3 days...no case number yet. my husband did call NVC, they only said they received our petition and that we have to wait for another 2 weeks or even a month!!!!!!! :(:crying: i was so excited when we recieved our NOA 2, just couldn't stop imagine that i finally one step closer to meet my husband again :( im ready with DS 230 and other documents...but we're stuck here. i just can't understand NVC, i saw those who received their NOA 2 on April 6 received their case # already, did NVC skip our petition? is there something wrong with it? what is the possibility? :wacko: .....my husband said always that the day will come soon. i believe him. ...but i'm feeling this pain on my throat :crying:

we've been apart for almost a year now, it's really hard for me. i know i'm not alone, but i feel alone sometimes, it's complicated emotions i have now :(

- Sept 28, 2011 1st Packet sent
- Sept 29, 2011, received NOA 1
- April 4, 2012, received NOA 2, move to NVC
- May 15, 2012, Case Number assigned!
- May 16, 2012, I 864 Bill paid
- May 19, 2012, Emailed DS 3032 to NVC
- May 24, 2012, Returned Completed DS 3032
- May 24, 2012, Received IV Bill
- May 24, 2012, Paid IV Bill
- May 31, 2012, AOS package SENT
- June 14, 2012, Package IV SENT
- June 26, 2012, CASE COMPLETED! 1 month, 1 week and 4 days since NVC received
- August 2, 2012, Interview, PASSED smile.png

- October 18, 2014: arrived in the US :)

Removal Conditional Resident:

July 23, 2014: Petition sent

August 1, 2014: I-797 Form (NOA) received

August 18, 2014: Biometrics done
