We are ready to file the petition at the end of the month and we fall under AWA case. One of the required document asks for court record, can someone let us know what court record they need? It costs $1 for one page and there are tons of records because of the "fight" in the court between attorneys. If you could let me know which ones are the necessary ones, I would be appreciate it.

Thank you

After obtaining all records you can flag all disposition records by using tabs.

They need all the records to review but this allows them to know which pages bring to bear the courts response to your case.

I had a pretty serious case but my court records were not that extensive or expensive.

I included all probation records and dispositions as well.
