Just got an email a couple minutes ago that the I-130 petition has been approved. Wow, wasn't expecting it until month end, or the beginning of June. We are just a bit over the four months mark. Thank God that we are half way there. Thanks to this forum too for helping us this far. We took a month of reading through all the information here thoroughly before mailing off the petition. :)

September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Thanks guys. :) It is really so exciting. I just hope everything else will start moving quickly along.

Oh now just keep calling NVC probably starting aroung tues wed to see if they received your file. Dont believe them either when they tell you to call back in 10-15 days either. Keep calling! Again Congrats!

Thanks for that suggestion, Babygurl. I'll be sure to let my wife know about that. :)
