Your interview will probably be in June. So, the embassy requires the 2011 tax transcript starting April 17th and earlier in some cases.

Especially if your sponsors income is close to the minimum. If she can prove to the embassy that she is home now and her income is well above the poverty guideline then they might consider it but Cairo usually expects a higher then poverty line requirement.

So, you will be issued a 221G at your interview until you submit a co-sponsor.

Who is your sponsor or co-sponsor?

Does your fiance work?

How much did she earn in 2010?

How much in 2011?

Did she live with you in 2011? Is that why her income is lower?

Actually, when I had a form missing (the new one they implemented that same week we sent it out), they just returned the entire package and asked us to fill out the form and re-send. My guess is they will reject his package is it is incomplete and return it. Again, that's a wild guess....

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.

i send only 2011 tax is that okay or i have to send 2010 and 2009

What do the instructions say? I-134 form, prior year's taxes and bank statements. Did you send that with your package?

i did send my tax 2 day after

Listen, this will probably delay your case. You must send everything together. Call the embassy and tell them you sent 2 separate packets.
