Well we started round 3 off today with the submission of the I-751 for Oksana and Lera. Hopefully this will go as smooth as the others, but I am not holding my breath.

You GO Dave! It was the easist part for us...no interview, the new cards just arrived in the mail 5 months later. Good luck!

what stinks is you pay for a 10 year green card and about 6 months later file for citizenship. :blush: I wonder if they just don't realize that? :lol:

Looking at current processing times, you may be filing for citizenship before ROC is approved :rofl:

I would say that ROC was the easiest for us so far, as well. We filed and got the green card in the mail a while later. You do have to repeat biometrics, but that's no biggy. I will say that 5 months is somewhat optimistic, these days. We filed in July and didn't have the card until into April. One of the strongest bits of evidence we sent, in my opinion, was copies of bank statements from our joint account for the whole time we've been together. We use debit cards for everything we can so it shows a co-mingling of finances and life in general.
